Southeast Missouri Hospital, Cape Girardeau, Missouri

Regional Cancer Center:  Provided HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing design for a new two-story 50,000 square foot Cancer Center.  Included were three Linear Accelerator Vaults, CT Simulator and Treatment Rooms. 

Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Lincoln, Illinois

The Core Group provided complete engineering design for the Electrical Systems, HVAC and Plumbing systems for a new 118,000 square foot Critical Access Hospital.  HVAC system includes three 125 HP steam boilers, two 265 ton chillers, and five (5) custom air handling units.  Electrical design included a 1500 kw diesel emergency generator and relocation of a 350 kw diesel generator.  Design also included electrical systems for OR suites, Emergency Department, Radiology, Rehabilitation Services, Laboratory, Data Processing with UPS, Dietary Department and 25 private patient rooms. Construction will be complete in December 1010.

GI Lab Renovation:  HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing design for phased renovation and expansion of the GI Lab facility.  Project included four negative pressure procedure rooms and retro-commissioning of the existing air handling unit.

Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport, Ottawa, Ontario

Passenger Terminal Expansion Phase 2: Provided complete engineering design for the extension of special systems including access control, closed circuit television, intercommunication, premise distribution cabling (voice and data) and fiber optic backbone. Project included construction administration services for complete testing and commissioning of all systems.

Asheville Regional Airport, Asheville, North Carolina

Security System Replacement and Dispatch Center Renovation: The Core Group provided complete engineering design and preparation of Request For Proposals for a new Smart-Card Access Control System and IP-Based Closed Circuit Television System with Network Video Recording capability. Security systems were designed to meet latest TSA regulations and provided secured access and monitoring of terminal building, general aviation hangars and several vehicle gates. Project also included the complete renovation of an existing Public Safety Dispatch Center including a new centralized UPS and a site-wide communication ductbank system.
